XJ-S and XJ6 /12 Headlamp relay conversion set
This kit is a ready made assembly that requires minimal experience to install. Simply remove the headlamp plug loom and replace with the supplied loom. Pull the original main loom out of the inner wing and connect in the new system. Fit the relays, earths and power and you are good to go. Specially designed to install into the XJ-S and XJ 6/12 series 1,2 and 3. This system provides better output from stock lamps and stops them being lazy when you flash the headlights or turn them on:

Jaguar XJ-S Relay controlled Wiper
Upgrade harness set
This kit is a ready made assembly that requires minimal experience to install. Simply remove the wiper grill and un plug both ends of the bulkhead to motor loom replace with the item supplied. mount the relays, earth and power feed feed, refit the grill and that's it. specially designed to fit the XJ-S with the lucas motor - If you are interested in this modification for the Series III XJ6/12 we can supply this set to order but it will be available in Summer 2007 as an on-line purchase.

Relays with 4 or 5 blade connections. Conform to EC regulations. They allow a heavy amp current to be controlled by a light current switch at the fascia. Also reduces voltage drop due to long cables & connections |

On later cars (XJ40 >) relays are coloured for identification, Our relays are all black but we can supply them with coloured strip at extra cost using a paint stick to mark them. Full coloured body are only available from our jaguar genuine parts range and this is reflected in the price |

Generic Relays: The letter in the bracket refers to the diagrams.
(A) 4-blade, this is the most common relay. Use for single circuit on/off applications such as spot lamps, horns, rear screen heater etc.
(B) 4-blade fused, similar applications to (A) but these have a replaceable fuse in the accessory circuit.
(C) 5-blade changeover, use for applications to change between two circuits, eg, electric aerials.
(D) 5-blade double make and break, to power two circuits which are independent when off.
(E) 5-blade twin make and break. Similar to (A) but with two blades at 87 feed.

XJ-S TWR JaguarSport Aerial arrestor
This is a plug ’n’ play product which require a length of wire to be run across the rear of the boot (supplied) and just needs to be plugged into the aerial and relay sockets having removed the original loom.
When ever the boot/trunk lid is raised with the aerial extended the control loom will immediately retract the mast back through the rear deck spoiler thus preventing it from becoming bent or snapping off.
This Product is suitable for the later aerials only 1985-91

| Please note: most of our wiring kits use "Thinwall" wire, this is the type found in most modern cars and allows much heavier cable runs without compromising the available space on route. Thinwall is also less floppy than traditional wire and therefore tends to remain formed around corners. It is also very strong and crimps better than the original stock. oil, heat, water and solvent resistant it has proven very popular with professionals and kit car builders alike |
